Hi alpha, I was think about the training for Scouting and came up with some ideas. I just wanted to bounce them off of you.
Sensory training- I believe sense this will play a major role in stealth/scouting/recon, i think that ppl who have volunteered for scouting should take part in it.
Combat specialization- Whether it be in close/ranged/magic i believe specialty training is needed for this position. Mostly for what needs to be done when it is encountered in this job.
Recon/Scouting screenshot training- You hit on this yourself during practice tonight. Not much needs to be said.
Skill Prerequisites- I personally believe that certain skills should be required to have this job. Mainly due to the jobs stealthy nature.

Anyway, those are just some things that i came up with on the top of my head. Let me know what you think of them.
