I know that feeling. I enjoy mapping the ancient world on google earth and am considering doing a podcast on a certain segment of ancient history (as of now undecided, possibly on the Greco-Bactrian Kingdom). These things are, of course, what I do during my free time when I'm not working on things that are actually relevant to my history major.

There is something very satisfying about creating. Monetary reward isn't always necessary.
