creat a EQ dkp acct

I was told to creat a DKP character acct inorder to be added to DKP for EQ P1999 gaming.

I have looked at the home page, on the forum for Everquest and along the sides of the thread. Even done a search for character or create with no luck.

Could someone please link me to the place i need in order to creat a character.

its probably obvious once I am directed, but for a new person here on this sight, It is well hidden from mine eyes.

I do not see that EQ box I guess is my issue

It as at the top..in the "Games We Play" box..

We are working on making it a little more obvious since it is somewhat vague.
